Fixed some issues with the tutorial:
- The rewards granted by the unlock shop event didn’t show up
- No reform to pick from in the tutorial
- Shop icon in the todo hints in the tutorial was too large
- ‘Initiative’ tutorial reform description was not formatted correctly
- ‘Initiative’ tutorial reform granted more card draw than it should
