Resolved:
- Bribe card not updating its cost when discarding cards
- Missing keywords descriptions for certain cards or effects
- Shop Receipt UI not showing the correct price for reforms with ReformDesireDelta consequences (should have shown a positive value for negative reform progress since it does increases the progress overall)
